Shipping policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping (UAE): 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on the destination.
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Courier Partner
- We ship all orders securely through Shiplifier Platform to ensure safety and timely delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Time Chamber General Trading LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
Damages & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the courier.
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at philippe@timechamber.me with your order number and photos.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees for resending.
